The challenge is simple.
For the next 44 days (that's until June 1st) do the following:
- get some type of exercise EVERY DAY.
- get at least 44oz. of water (that's about three 16 oz bottles or about six 8 oz. cups of water)
- Eat 4 servings of fruit (1/2 c.) and 4 servings of veggies (1 cup)
- Do 4 things each day that make you feel good about yourself!!!
I got really excited about this. And I think it is because I NEEDED someone to challenge me to get off my butt and get back in gear. Summer's coming - and so is the rest of my life! I need to get to it!
I think the first 3 will actually be easier for me than the last one.
But I have learned that one of the things that makes me feel good about myself is writing and BLOGGING. So now I have a reason and a challenge to get back into it!
