Sometimes - you just have those weeks where you barely have time to breathe.
Why is it that we don't lose weight just from all the running around and stress?????
Why is it that some of us just get the unbearable urge to EAT when these times come?
And why is it that some people are lucky and actually CAN'T eat when they are stressed and those of us who aren't that way just want to punch them?
Don't you wish that we all could feel like this all the time?
