So far this week . . . doing better . . .

I have been tracking my food (since Sunday). And last night, I walked for an hour around the neighborhood. Tonight, Hunkahubby and I have plans to do PUSH-UPS. Woohoo!!

I've also been drinking a TON of water (and subsequently, visiting the bathroom more often).

All in all, I believe I'm getting back on track - and I'm ready to get off this plateau I've been stuck at (through much fault of my own.)

And because we all know another HOLIDAY is fast approaching, here are some tips from The Fit Shack, on how to avoid Holiday Weight Gain.

One hour walk is good. The push up challenge looks to be a good program.

Yea, holiday, food.. we have a family reunion plus have been invited to two other cookouts, I could weigh 1000 lbs by Monday... Uh oh!

I found your website by reading your comment about mindset on another website. I too am trying to loose weight and I am struggling. While I wish everyone was healthy and did not have to deal with weight issues, I appreciate others who are working on becoming healthier
