I am still doing the challenges from Week 2. I am keeping them up through Week 3.
We have had a couple of very busy weeks!!

I struggle with emotional eating too...it drives me nuts!
Thanks for the link! I'm doing a lot of research right now into the mind-body connection and the effects of stress on all aspects of health...this is very handy information. :-)
