I need to get going on drinking my water! I know that will be a big help - I just can't seem to gulp it down!!!

I have found using a straw helps me drink the water faster!

Most people don't drink enough water, so it's great that you're making that part of your regimen. Remember that the body usually can't absorb more than 8 oz per hour, so try to space your consumption out through the day rather than chugging it all at once.
