Still maintaining and not losing, but it is better than gaining.
I've been literally DROWNING at work - but I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and I hope I'll be able to get back into the groove of tracking my food, working out regularly, and posting updates on here.
Don't give up on me! I'll be back!!
But today - I am celebrating.
