So somehow - I'm still maintaining after an anniversary and several birthday parties in a 2 week period.
I am back to tracking my food and I did quite well yesterday. I'm sincerely hoping that my body is so used to this weight that it is ready to LOSE again.
I am surprised I haven't gained, as I have been under more stress than I've been under in a long time. And stress and my body don't get along very well.
